Once a self-exclusion request is activated, emas444 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce it. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this by registering new accounts. Any winnings accrued by a self-excluded Member on a subsequently opened account may be voided.

emas444's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lower.
emas444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party service failures may affect Platform availability. emas444 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.
emas444 may suspend or terminate a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Member has breached this Agreement, is engaged in fraud or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination for cause, emas444 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, emas444 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Member's balance in proportion to the loss caused to emas444 or other Members.
Members may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting emas444 customer support. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
emas444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the contact details registered on their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of emas444 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using Platform Services and request account closure.
